PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effect high efficient heat recovery and reduce an exhaust gas amount without discharging drain from a facility to the external part of the facility, in a waste heat treating facility with a boiler. SOLUTION: A reutilizing water tank 5 is provided to store treated water from drain treating equipment, and a furnace injection water tank 5A is provided to store surplus water in the reutilizing water tank 5. Treated water in the furnace injection water tank 5A is injected in an incinerator 1 through an injection nozzle 14.
