PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of maintaining reliability for a long period by reliably blocking entrance of dust in a forced operation switch (a control switch on the body side) even when assembly irregularity occurs. SOLUTION: The air conditioner is provided with a forced operation switch 40 provided on the front side of a unit body 1 and being a control switch on the body side, and a switch cover 30 covering the forced operation switch and enabling control of the switch for the forced operation switch from an external part. The switch cover is molded of a flexible resin material, and provided with a hinge 32 situated opposite to the forced operation switch and deformed by press energization from an outside so as to be switch-operated, and a rib 35 integrally situated along the peripheral edge of the hinge 32 and blocking entrance of dust to the switch by surrounding the periphery of the forced operation switch. |
