PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out a necessary amount of a content 5 from a packing container equipped with a plug 2 having a valve mechanism mounted on a mouth portion 11 of the container main body 1 of the packing container in which the liquid content such as a liquid or fluidized item or the like is filled and kept closed in a natural state. SOLUTION: The plug 2 comprises an elastically deformable valve portion 20 covering the mouth portion 11 of the container main body 1 and equipped with the valve mechanism and an attaching portion 22 to air-tightly mount the valve portion 20 on the mouth portion 11 wherein the valve portion 20 is of a dome-shape swelling toward the outside of the mouth portion 11 and the valve mechanism formed at a position distant from the center of the valve portion 20 is a slit 4 closed in a natural state.
