PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disable a cap from being opened unless a control plate is operated so as to allow prevention of misuse by a child or the like and also to improve operativity when there is no fear for misuse. SOLUTION: The safety cap comprises a cap body 1 whose part of an outer peripheral wall 2 is formed as an elastically deformable control plate 6, and a lid which can be detachably fitted over an upper part of the body. The lid can be removed from the cap body 1 by elastically deforming an upper part of the control plate 6 inwardly, thereby disengaging the lid from a peripheral wall of the lid. A projection 9 with which an upper end of the control plate 6 can be engaged is formed on a lower surface of a part of a top plate 3 of the cap body outward from a fitting cylinder 12a. |
