<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive head protective airbag device in which an airbag during the unfolding is less easily hooked to an upper end part of a pillar garnish and less easily slipped between the pillar garnish and a pillar. SOLUTION: In the head protective airbag device in which the airbag 11 housed along a roof side rail 21 in a folded condition is disposed across an upper part of the pillar garnish 33, a part of a diffuser 13 has a gas ejection hole 13a3 capable of ejecting gas on the inner side in the vehicle width direction, and disposed within a part of the airbag 11 corresponding to the pillar garnish 33, and a part P1 corresponding to the pillar garnish 33 in the airbag 11 in the folded condition is disposed inside in the vehicle width direction of the gas ejection hole 13a3, and covered with a roof head lining 31.</p> |
