PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant restrain system which can ensure the smooth delivery of a shielding material and stably support a door trim capable of covering the shielding material by a door frame. SOLUTION: The occupant restrain system S comprises the door frame 11 disposed on the periphery of a window WF, an upper trim 31 which covers the cabin side I of the door frame 11 of a peripheral edge on the window lower edge side and bends an upper end to the exterior side O of a vehicle, and a sheet-like shielding material 38 which can shield the window WF when it is delivered. The door frame 11 has a bracket 17 having a transverse plate part 17a extending to the cabin side I on the peripheral edge on the window lower edge side. The shielding material 38 is folded and housed on the transverse plate part 17a. The upper trim 31 has a door part 34 which is pressed by the shielding material 38 and opened upwardly on the upper edge side. A part in the vicinity of a hinge part 35 when the door part 34 is opened at the upper trim 31 is supported by an end part 17b on the cabin side I of the transverse plate part 17a so as to regulate the downward movement.
