PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance inspection efficiency in order to detect only a defective can surely without causing malfunction of a photosensor in a pinhole inspecting device for a can body. SOLUTION: This pinhole inspecting device comprising an inspection turret disk rotating while holding the can body, and an in-can-body photodetector 30 having the photomultiplier (photosensor) 20 provided in a fixing part faced to the inspection turret disk, a heat-radiation groove 55 is formed in a reverse face of a top face plate 42 in a piston-like seal-closing member 40 to enhance a heat-radiation effect for frictional heat, and vibration of the photomultiplier 20 is controlled by holding the photomultiplier 20 to a frame via the first vibration-control means 58 and the second vibration-control means 59 formed of a flexible material, so as to prevent disturbance from being generated by the frictional heat and the vibration.
