PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable detection of highly accurate rotation. SOLUTION: A pulser ring 8 made of magnetized rubber is stuck to a ground peripheral face in an inner ring 51. Therteby the pulser ring 8 is guided to follow the peripheral face of the inner ring 51. And hence, the center of the pulser ring 8 can be arranged to coincide with the rotary axial center of the inner ring 51. Therefor, the precise rotary detection is realized by a magnetic sensor 7.
