PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for an air conditioner, which is capable of stably controlling air conditioning maintaining pressure differences in a plurality of rooms within a set range. SOLUTION: The control system for the air conditioner is provided with air supplying means (11-18) for supplying air into respective rooms by a predetermined amount of supplying air to maintain the pressure differences in a plurality of rooms within a set range, exhausting means (24-35) exhausting air in respective rooms by a predetermined amount of exhaust air, an amount of exhaust air detecting means 30 for detecting the amount of exhaust air in the plurality of rooms with a grouped zone unit, a pressure difference detecting means 20 for detecting a pressure difference in a specified room (C3 area) in the zone, an amount of exhaust air regulating damper 34 for regulating the amount of exhaust air with a zone unit, and a control unit 40, controlling the opening degree of the amount of exhaust air regulating damper 34 to make the amount of exhaust air detected by the amount of exhaust air detecting means 30 same as the predetermined value in the zone unit and control the opening degree of the amount of exhaust air regulating damper 34 to set a pressure difference within the set range when the pressure difference, detected by the pressure difference detecting means 20, has become out of the set range.
