PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar inlet/outlet ventilation unit structure employing a perforated panel which performs ventilation in such an environment as separation of floating particles, e.g. smoke of cigarette, or natural ventilation can not be made or in such a place as not partitioned completely. SOLUTION: An upper plate 1 is provided with air holes 2 in correspondence with a circuit 4 which is cut out from an underlying circuit plate 3. An hole plate lying thereunder is provided with a central hole 6 in correspondence with the circuit 4. A passage plate lying further thereunder the provided with a passage 8 in correspondence with the hole 6. A bottom plate is provided further thereunder. The upper plate 1, the circuit plate 3, the hole plate, the passage plate and the bottom plate are stacked sequentially and bonded each other. The planar inlet/outlet ventilation structure is employed in a panel unit being used as a floor, a ceiling, a partition or a screen.
