PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grid panel made of a synthetic resin capable of offering good blind effect and has less danger that children climb. SOLUTION: This grid panel P comprises vertical members 1 and horizontal members 2 orthogonal to each other; at each of four corners of the measure 3 divided by vertical and horizontal members, a projected portion 4 of right- angled isosceles triangle is formed and deviated at the rear surface side in configuration. By the projected portion 4, the opening area of the measure 3 is made smaller thereby improving the blind effect, and the projected portion 4 is deviated to the rear surface side of panel thereby greatly improving the blind effect when seen obliquely, and a child foot becomes hard to be put through the horizontal member 2 so that climbing to the grid panel by a child becomes extremely difficult and thus the danger of climbing by the child can be reduced considerably.
