WATER-SOLUBLE POLYMER DISPERSION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion of a water-soluble polymer containing a dispersant for suppressing thickening at the time of polymerization and reducing the chain transfer reaction in a dispersion polymerization method in an aqueous solution of a salt in the coexistence of a high-molecular dispersant, and further to provide a method for efficiently producing the dispersion. SOLUTION: This dispersion of the water-soluble polymer contains at least one kind or more of a polymerized polymer and a natural polymer soluble in the aqueous solution of the salt as a disperser coexisting at the time of polymerization. The polymer dispersion is efficiently produced by making the polymerized polymer and the natural polymer coexist at the time of polymerization.
