PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical vibration isolating bush that realizes a low cost and ensures appreciable press fitting workability and press fitting stability, in a cylindrical vibration isolating bush whose outer cylinder metal is fitted and fixed by press-fitting in a mounting hole of a mating mount member of aluminum alloy. SOLUTION: The cylindrical vibration isolating bush comprises main shaft metal 1, the outer cylinder metal 2 of iron arranged coaxially outside the main shaft metal 1 in spaced fashion, and a rubber elastic body 3 interposed between the main shaft metal 1 and the outer cylinder metal 2 to connect them both integrally. The outer cylinder metal 2 has an annular projecting portion 21a formed for circumferential extension in projection from an outer circumference and for arc curvature of a sectional form, and brought in pressure contact with a mounting hole circumference of a mating mount member. |
