摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic operating mechanism capable of performing swift control of each actuator, and facilitating position control, and simplifying a hydraulic circuit, and improving efficiency of a hydraulic pump and a driving motor of the hydraulic pump in various relations of a sum of flowing amount times pressure (operating energy) of operating fluid. SOLUTION: In the hydraulic operating mechanism of an injection molding machine driving a plurality of a hydraulic actuator by one hydraulic pump, the hydraulic pump of the hydraulic operating mechanism is a variable discharging pump having at least a maximum necessary feeding capacity of each hydraulic actuator at the maximum number of revolutions, and discharged pressure of fluid of the variable discharging pump is adjusted by a cut-off function of discharged volume of a pressure compensator attached to the variable discharging pump. Further, the variable discharging pump is the hydraulic operating mechanism of the injection molding machine driven by a motor capable of rotatably controlling at stepless speed.
