PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately obtain a two-dimensional image of an object to be measured. SOLUTION: Light sources 11, 21, and 31 are driven by a measurement control section 71. Each of spectral reflection characteristics is obtained by an arithmetic processing section 72. Then, three stimulus values are obtained as a colorimetry value by them. Then, the exposure time in a highlight direction is calculated based on the colorimetry value by a first illumination section 10 by the arithmetic processing section 72, and exposure time in a shade direction is calculated based on the colorimetry value by a third illumination section 30. Then, the light source 11 is driven by a measurement control section 71 for imaging an imaging section 50 by the exposure time in the highlight direction, and the light source 31 is driven for imaging the imaging section 50 by the exposure time in the shade direction.
