PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety, efficiency and workability in measuring weight of load also for a large size vehicle. SOLUTION: A tank lorry 11 for carrying high pressure gas is constituted of a traction part 13 on which front a cab 12 is loaded, and a loading part 14 whereon a tank 15 to be filled with liquified gas and the like is loaded. To the traction part 13, a cylinder device 17 is provided in the position between front and back wheels 13A and 13B. In the case the load weight of a tank lorry 11 is measured using a truck scale 8 placed at a weight measurement position, if the frontmost wheels 13A stick out of the truck scale 8, the rod 17A of the cylinder device 17 is extended downward to rise the wheels 13A and 13B from the ground and the vehicle weight is measured in this state with the truck scale 8.
