PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device of a blocking member for an opening automatically achieving locking at the terminal end of the closing movement of the blocking member, without causing noise and wear problems upon contact with a guide rail. SOLUTION: The lock device comprises a deadbolt 7 fitted into a body case 3 secured to a tip of the blocking member 2, in such a manner that the deadbolt can move back and forth so that, when the closing member 2 reaches a closing position, the deadbolt is energized by a spring member 4, with the tip of the deadbolt in engagement with the strike body 6 of a side frame 5 of the opening 1; a trigger lever 9 whose rear end is pivotally attached to the deadbolt 7 so that, when the deadbolt 7 is moved back to an unlock position, the trigger lever is energized by the spring member 4, with a tip hook part 10 engaged in a side receiving hole 8; and a closure detecting body 11 causing the tip hook part 10 to move out of the side receiving hole 8 when the blocking member 2 reaches the closing position.
