PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure for a rotary grinding wheel and a shock absorber for the grinding wheel capable of mitigating shock and provid ing noise reduction effect without adding a noise reduction function on the grinding wheel itself. SOLUTION: In the attachment structure fixing the grinding wheel 2 onto an output shaft of a rotary driver by inserting the output shaft through an attachment hole of the grinding wheel 2 and nipping the circumferential edge of the attachment hole grinding wheel with a fixing side flange 5 and a moving side flange 6 mounted on the output shaft, the diameter of the attachment hole is larger than that of the output shaft and shock absorbers 41, 42 are put between the inner circumference of the attachment hole and the output shaft.
