PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing water in an air-conditioning system for an automobile is provided to dry and remove water formed on an evaporator. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus includes an auxiliary door(20) installed on a duct(16) connecting a heater core(10) and an air vent hole(14) in a car room to be opened and closed; an auxiliary blower motor(30) installed on an outside of the auxiliary door; a cut-off door(40) installed on an inlet of the heater core to be opened and closed; a driving device(50) installed on hinge axes of the auxiliary door and the cut-off door to open and close; and a control part(60) supplying driving power to the driving device of the auxiliary door and the cut-off door and the auxiliary blower motor.
