PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supply device capable of making the structure of a tank itself simple and easily setting and altering the position of the highest level of an oil in the oil tank. SOLUTION: An oil feeder 7 comprises an oil storage tank 11, inlet piping 12 disposed below the tank 11 and used for supplying oil 13 from an oil supply source to the oil storage tank 11, outlet piping 16 connected to the bottom of the oil storage tank 11, and a control means that actuates a pump 14 when the level of the oil 13 in the oil storage tank 11 drops to the lower limit position C and stops the pump 14 when the level of the oil 13 reaches the upper limit position B. The oil feeder 7 is attached to a side of an oil tank 6 such that the upper limit position B of the oil 13 in the oil storage tank 11 is the same as the position of the predetermined highest level for the oil in the oil tank 6.
