PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent measurement executed in a wrong measuring environment when executing remeasurement by a recorded measurement image, and to execute remeasurement at once without minding the measuring environment by enabling the remeasurement in a right measuring environment by a simple operation, to thereby improve operability at that time. SOLUTION: A main circuit group loaded in a control unit 12 is constituted by including a CPU 26, a ROM 27, a RAM 28, a PC card I/F 30, a USB I/F 31, an RS-232CI/F 29, a voice signal processing circuit 32, and an image signal processing circuit 33 for controlling so as to execute and operate various functions based on a main program.
