PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure body which contains bamboo and/or vegetable charcoal powder, quartz porphyry powder and granule, or the like, and to stably exhibit functions of moisture absorption, deodorization, etc., of the charcoal powder and granule or the like, in the surface finish body structure. SOLUTION: The surface finish body structure is obtained by providing an air permeable sheet member 10 which is formed by connecting a number of flat air permeable charcoal filled bags 11 together in one body like a grillwork, and bonding the same to a wall surface 2 or the like of a building 1 with its front surface exposed to the interior of a room. Each bag contains charcoal granule/powder C1 obtained by crushing bamboo and/or vegetable charcoal, quartz porphyry powder C2, or useful microorganism group ceramics powder C3. The charcoal filled bag 11 includes an inner bag 11a formed of a nonwoven fabric and an outer bag 11b formed of a textile fabric, and edge portions of both the bags are connected together in one body to form a bag joint portion 12 of a grillwork pattern. Thus, by bonding the bag joint portion 12 to the wall surface 2, the air permeability of both the front surface and a rear surface is effectively performed, whereby the functions of the charcoal granule/ powder C1 or the like are sufficiently exhibited.
