PURPOSE: A tripod for adjusting length and angle of fishing bag is provided to prevent rainwater and dew from soaking into a fishing bag by standing a tripod at the bottom of a bag. CONSTITUTION: The tripod for adjusting length and angle of fishing bag includes a toothed gearing fixing part on the attaching board, a gear rotation angle adjusting part, an angle adjusting button and a length adjusting part. The gear rotation angle adjusting part has a bolt and a built-in spring. The length adjusting part has a length fixing prop, a length adjusting prop and a length adjusting grip. The toothed gearing fixing part and the length adjusting grip make the fishing bag have a good angle and length on a land. User easily changes the angle of the fishing bag using the angle adjusting button in various locations including a slope and an inclined land.
