PURPOSE: To provide a structure of wiring and a method for design of wiring capable of having a high degree of flexibility in design of wiring, having a share of wiring per unit area at crossing parts of two grid wiring less than the maximum share of the wiring and satisfying a necessary amount of current. CONSTITUTION: In the structure, grid wiring A and B cross virtually each other, widths of material wires 11 and 12 of the wiring A and B are set less than the maximum wire width determined under constraints of producing process. In comparison lengths of the material wires 11 with those of the material wires 12 at the crossing parts of the material wires 11 and 12, longer material wires are defined as material wires 11a to be changed their positions, but only portions of the crossing parts of the material wires 11 and 12 are changed in their positions. After that, the material wires 11a are moved up to positions having a share of wiring less than the maximum share of the wiring determined under the constraints of the producing process in the direction that the material wires 11a get away from a crossing point of center lines X and Y of the wiring A and B as a reference position. |
