<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic clutch yoke saving time and labor for the work connecting a terminal to a lead wire by pressure welding the terminal which connects the lead wire to the end part of a winding inserted into an opening inside the connector provided on the outside of the closed end of a ring case. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic clutch yoke consists of a winding and a ring case having circular grooves of which the opening ends face in the axial direction; the winding is installed in the circular grooves on the ring case, an opening is formed on the closed end of the ring case, the terminal to be connected to the lead wire is pressure welded to the end part of the winding inserted into the opening inside the connector provided on the outside of the closed end of the ring case, thereby connecting the lead wire to the winding. The terminal is connected to the lead wire in such a manner that a slit is formed on the terminal, and then the lead wire is pushed into the slit, which in turn causes the covering of the lead wire to be cut off by the side wall of the slit on the terminal, thereby enabling it contact direct to the conductor of the lead wire.</p> |
