PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damping material used in an oily state, used for suppressing minor vibration and supporting a light loading material, having a shape retention performance in spite of a viscous body, and hardly flowing. SOLUTION: The damping material 1 is formed by filling a filling space 7 having an opening 7a. This damping material 1 is characterized in that a surface layer S positioned in the side of the opening part 7a is hardened into a gel state by irradiation of ultraviolet rays, an inner layer I under the surface layer S is an unhardened oily state, and the filling material 5A improving the vibration proof effect is distributed and added, at least, in the inner layer I. |
