PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve snow performance without largely changing a ground surface shape of a tread part. SOLUTION: This tire is furnished with the tread part 1 on which an inner liner 2, a carcass 3 and a belt 4 are arranged and is constituted by arranging a rubber layer 5 of 1.0-2.5 mm thick a 200% modulus of which is within a range of±2.0 MPa based on each of the inner liner rubber at a central part of tread part grounding width of the tire assembled on a specific rim and filled with specific pneumatic pressure and along a 10-40% range of the grounding width between the inner liner 2 and the carcass 3. |
