PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of an apparatus for manufacturing an adhesive sheet and to improve workability of adhesion in the apparatus for manufacturing the adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: Pressing pieces (2) and (2) which are elevated in the outside face direction of a pad (P) being press-contacted and stuck on trim covers (S1 ) and (S2 ) and makes a part of the trim cover (S1 ) stick on the outside face (P4 ) of the pad (P) are provided around a bottom mold (1) on which the trim covers (S1 ) and (S2 ) are placed. |
