PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a route search or the like on a communications terminal by use of a track of a vehicle when the vehicle is out of the service range of a communications navigation system. SOLUTION: The communications navigation system comprises the communications navigation terminal 5, a communications center device 3, and a communications means 2 for connecting them together. The communications navigation terminal has track recording means 36 and 24 for preferentially retaining a track recorded when a vehicle is traveling outside of the service range of the communications navigation system, and a processing means 20 for conducting a route search or the like according to the retained track when the vehicle is out of the service range.
