PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal user with high-accuracy position information even in the case where an error exceeding an allowable range is caused in a calculated terminal position. SOLUTION: Base station information and position measuring information composed of GPS signal required for calculating the terminal position are collected by a position server having a mobile communication terminal in a communication network (200 to 250). On receiving the terminal position information calculated by the position server according to the position measuring information (270), when an error exceeds a threshold of setting uncertainty corresponding to the position measuring error contained in the terminal position information, that is, large, the average value is calculated without informing the user of the terminal position information, and when the average processing frequency exceeds the maximum measuring frequency, the user is informed of the average value as a terminal position (280 to 320). |
