SOLUTION: The electric current is applied to the wire rod 17 passing through the laying head 1, the solid contact force between the wire rod guide 20 and the wire rod 17 is reduced by magnetic flux in the wire rod guide 20 to reduce the friction, and the wire rod guide 20 is rotated in a vacuum box 71.
