PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airborne imaging device and an aerial imaging data processing device enabling aerial triangulation based on a number of reference points without requiring a number of aircraft targets. SOLUTION: The airborne imaging device records on a recording means 141 images taken with line sensors 10B, 10N and 10F and the position and attitude information of a camera 10 determined from a gyro 11, an INS device 15 and a GPS receiver 16, in such a way that the images and the pieces of the position and attitude information are made in pairs. Characteristic patterns on the ground, for example, road marking lines, are detected from within the obtained images by an image processing part 131 and the spatial positions of white lines detected are determined and compared with the information stored in the storage means 142, whereby a position and attitude determining part 132 corrects the position and attitude of the camera 10.
