PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust structure for motor cycle capable of varying engine exhaust noise by a simple operation and preventing an engine output from being lowered. SOLUTION: An exhaust noise control body 7 having an end cap 4 with an atmosphere vent port 3 of a proper size which is installed at the tail end of a muffler body 2, having a baffle body 5 at a front end, and forming a knob part 6 at a rear end is formed so that exhaust noise can be controlled by providing a position moderation structure 11 comprising a recessed part 8, a steel ball 9, and a spring 10 installed at the center part of the end cap 4 and, as required, operating the position moderation structure 11 to move the control body 7 longitudinally relative to the end cap 4 so as to vary an exhaust gas passage area between the outer periphery of the baffle body 5 and the atmosphere vent port 3 in order to control the exhaust noise.
