PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary paper cutter capable of reducing the work of adjusting the pressure force for pressing a stack of paper sheets with a presser board according to the material, thickness and cutting width of the sheets. SOLUTION: The stack of paper sheets 11 to be cut at three edges: the head, tail edge, and bolt, is aligned and mounted on a rotary table 15, and the rotary table 15 is rotated by 90 degrees. Each part is located under the presser board 17c of a cutter unit 17 and a cutting blade one by one, and the pressure force of the presser board 17c for pressing each part is controlled with the output obtained by a control device 21.
