PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and speedily align cover areas of a plurality of cameras when a photosensitive drum is inspected by being photographed by the plurality of cameras which are arrayed in a line. SOLUTION: The 1st cameras C1 to C3 are supported by a camera mount device 30 in array. The camera mount device 30 is equipped with one common mount member 32; and the 2nd camera C2 arranged in the center of the common mount member 32 is supported by a 1st individual mount mechanism 34A and the 1st and 3rd cameras C1 and C3 which are arranged on both sides are supported by 2nd individual mount mechanisms 34B respectively. The 1st individual mount mechanism 34A is constituted including an adjusting mechanism 36 for rotation around an optical axis and the 2nd individual mount mechanisms 34B are constituted each including an adjusting mechanism 36 for rotation around the optical axis and an adjusting mechanism 38 for movement along the optical axis.
