PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight and size of a parts tester. SOLUTION: In this part tester, tray storing areas Sa1, Sa2 (tray placing part) are provided on the both sides of a test head 4 for carrying out a test, and the respective storing areas Sa1, Sa2 are provided with first to fourth tray storing parts 11 to 14 for placing parts storing trays Tr. The storing areas Sa1, Sa2 are respectively provided with conveying robots 20a, 20b (conveying device). The respective conveying robots 20a, 20b are formed of a scalar type robot, whereby parts conveyance between each tray Tr and the test head 4 is directly performed in the condition where the parts are sucked by nozzle members carried on the tips of the arms of the conveying robots 20a, 20b.
