PIPING STRUCTURE FOR NEGATIVE PRESSURE PUMP OF ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping structure for an negative pressure pump for an engine, capable of easily carrying out piping and wiring works hand in hand with enhancement of durability of a vacuum pipe. SOLUTION: The negative pressure pump 30 is disposed in an engine block 1. A part of a negative pressure forming passage member 33 to be connected to the negative pressure pump 30 is piped along the upper part of a head cover 6 to be crowned on a cylinder head 5 in the upper part of the engine block 1. At least a part of the negative pressure forming passage member 33 is formed by a metallic pipe 35, and the metallic pipe 35 is piped by running it along the upper part of the head cover 6 to fix it to the projecting part 6a of the head cover 6 through a fixing stay.
