PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring crayon containing a water dye capable of drawing or painting on cloth just like a conventional one and dyable in a way characteristic of crayons, with the excess dye and wax to be easily removed by washing and dyeable. SOLUTION: The coloring crayon contains an emulsified wax and a water dye, and is prepared by solidifying a viscous matter having a viscosity of 70,000-300,000 cP wherein the rate of the emulsified wax to the water dye is 70-99 pts.wt. to 30-1 pts.wt. The manufacturing method for the same is also provided.
