PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition obtained by the dynamic heat treatment of a polyolefin resin with an ethylenic copolymer rubber, an organic peroxide and a specific cross-linking assistant, maintaining its tensile physical properties at a good level and excellent in hue. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition is obtained by the dynamic heat treatment of a composition containing (A) 5-95 pt.wt. polyolefin resin content, (B) 5-95 pt.wt. ethylenic copolymer content (provided that the total of the (A) and (B) is 100 pts.wt.), (C) 0.001-5 pt.wt. organic peroxide content based on 100 pts.wt. total of the (A) and (B), and (D) 0.01-5 pt.wt. acrylamide- based compound content.
