PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly wind a rope on a drum by eliminating a clearance between a rope pressing device and the flange of the drum. SOLUTION: A main drum 21 for taking in and letting out a main rope 14 is installed on a swing frame 3. A rope pressing device 23 for preventing the main rope 14 from being disorderly wound on the main drum 21 is installed on the swing frame 3 near the main drum 21. Right and left movable rollers 27 and 27 are installed on the right and left shaft roller split bodies 26C and 26B of the rope pressing device 23 through spring members 28. Thus the movable rollers 27 are elastically pressed against the flanges 21B and 21C of the main drum 21 by the spring members 28.
