PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sea water intake part structure for a ship preventing fracture of a sea water intake device following vibration caused by resonance between a circulating flow and an eddy current and a characteristic frequency of the sea water intake device by avoiding formation of the circulating flow of sea water led in through the sea water intake device in a sea water lead-in chamber and formation of the eddy current in a sea water lead-in hole, and capable of preventing an insufficient sea water flow rate to an inboard sea water supply line due to formation of the circulating flow. SOLUTION: In the sea water intake part structure for the ship, the sea water intake device is comprised by boring a plurality of the sea water lead-in holes in a frame, the sea water lead-in chamber connected with a sea water pipe to an inboard apparatus is communicated with the sea by the sea water lead-in holes, and it is composed so that the sea water is led into the sea water lead-in chamber through the sea water lead-in holes and sent to the sea water pipe. It is characterized by that the sea water intake device is provided with a guide part such as a cutout or a curved surface guiding a sea water flow in a bow side of a sea water inlet part of each sea water lead-in hole.
