NANOWIRE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a novel nanowire variously applicable in wiring of an electronic or optical integrated circuit or the like by a simple and convenient method. SOLUTION: In the nanowire, ultrafine particles are linearly arranged in a single particle row by using self-organizing structure formation, and its average width is one to five times of an average diameter of the ultrafine particles.
