PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic cutter capable of preventing the heat generation at a support part by improving the shapes of a blade holder and an inserting part of a blade holder support part of a vibrator. SOLUTION: The support part 8 is connected to an end on the vibrator 7 side, and an insertion hole for inserting the tapered blade holder 10 is formed on the insertion part 8a side of the support part 8, which is a wider side of the V-shaped hole. A screw 9 is engaged with a screw hole 8d formed on the side of the support part 8 with the blade holder 10 inserted into the insertion part 8a. By tightening the screw 9 with a cutter blade 11 inserted into a narrow notch 10b in the blade holder 10, the cutter blade 11 is firmly fixed to the blade holder 10.
