SOLUTION: According to oblong element data constituting a boundary surface for dividing the rotary machine into a stator side part and a rotor side part and polygon or polyhedral element data constituting a stator side part and a rotor side part except the boundary surface, a tetrahedral element including the respective nodal points of the stator side part and rotor side part is created (step S2), a nodal point at an arbitrary distance in the normal direction from the center of gravity of an oblong element is created in the individual oblong elements of the boundary surface (step S4), mesh division is performed for the tetrahedron at a nodal point of the arbitrary distance and at the nodal point of the boundary surface (step S5), and further mesh division is performed at the nodal points of the stator and the rotor (step S6).
