PURPOSE: A toy filled with an urethane foam is provided to have a weight within a sounder eccentrically inside a ball shape toy which prevents a sounder from rolling inside and blocking by particulate. CONSTITUTION: The toy filled with the urethane foam includes a main body(10), a compression hole(12), a flute(22) and a filter(28). The flute(22) and a foam material are connected by a fastener. The filter(28) locates at the bottom of the flute(22) to emit and block the particulate. The compression hole(12) holds tightly the flute(28). The weight is installed eccentrically in the compression hole(12) and connects with the flute(28) after shaping the foam material.
