PURPOSE: A web mail system for providing a user's convenient interface is provided to easily select an e-mail address of frequently sending an e-mal and to manage the received e-mail easily and effectively. CONSTITUTION: A transmission interface page(100) includes a receiver information display part(110), a receiver information input part(120), a referrer information input part(130), an e-mail title input part(140), a content input part(150), an attached file selecting part(160), a receiver information adding button(115), a sending button(170), and function buttons(125,135,145). The receiver information display part(110) displays the information of an e-mail receiver. The information of the e-mail receiver is the e-mail address or a frequently used receiver name. A user can change the receiver name displayed on the receiver information display part(110) into an alias easy to remember and can register an e-mail receiver group to the receiver information display part(110) by combining more than one e-mail addresses.
