FILTER FOR AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE: A filter for an air conditioner is provided to keep foreign matter collecting efficiency and amount of passing air almost constant. CONSTITUTION: A filter includes a filtering member(42) folded zigzag to form peaks(42a) and valleys(42b) successively; a frame(41) installed around a circumference of the filtering member; a gap maintaining device(45) installed on at least one side of the filtering member to cross the frame so as to gaps between the peaks. The gap maintaining device comprises a cross bar(45a) and insertion members(45b) protrusively formed on an inside of the cross bar to be inserted to the valleys of the filtering member.
