CASING WITH ANTI-DAMAGE PROTRUSION FOR COMPRESSOR OF HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A casing with anti-damage protrusion for a compressor of a heat exchanger is provided to prevent formation of a scar on the casing. CONSTITUTION: An annular protrusion(2) is formed on an upper outer end of a casing(1) on which damage is frequently formed due to outside shock during die casting forming to be circular around a periphery of the casing to allow only the protrusion to be damaged during transportation. The protrusion is cut after the casing is transported to allow the casing to be fit in regular standard. Damaged part and waste of material are minimized thereby. Damage on a corner of the casing is prevented thereby.
