PURPOSE: A method for controlling Internet site access is provided to block a minor from accessing to a harmful Internet site by automatically downloading a harmful site access interrupting program to a subscriber terminal from a management server and informing a parent of a state that the terminal deletes the program and tries to connect to the Internet site. CONSTITUTION: The harmful site access interrupting program and a harmful site database are downloaded to the subscriber terminal(100). In case that the terminal tries to access to an information providing server through a router, the access is interrupted if the information providing server is included in the harmful site database(140). In case that the terminal tries to connect to the information providing server, when the harmful site access interrupting program of the terminal is deleted, the state is informed to the outside(170). The harmful site access interrupting program and the harmful site database are automatically downloaded for update.
