<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emit plasma to detect a crack, rust and the like by an optical measuring instrument, and to conduct confirmation and execution by an image therein, since a structure in the central city is multistoried in the present and is difficult thereby to observe visually the crack in an outer wall in a level of 50-80 m, in repairing, inspection and the like for the outer wall of a building. SOLUTION: Assembling work for a scaffold board is eliminated in the multistoried building or the like to allow safely the inspection for the outer wall.</p> |
